Native Customary Right, Civil Liberties and Constitutional Democracy
Lawyer Kamek (LK) works with the voice of the marginalised irrespective of gender, ethnicity, religion, culture and geographical locations in Sarawak. We believe that through strategic public interest litigation and advocacy campaigns, it can be a start of an extraordinary journey for the desired and positive changes.

We advocate through strategic public interest litigation as well as non-legal advocacy by working closely with especially rural communities, NGO groups and others who share our vision and mission.

We are a collective of lawyers and activists who believe in the universality of human rights, the value of individual human dignity, and equal treatment and fairness as the foundation of a democratic and just society.
Our Structure
Founded in 2016
LK4C is a Sarawak-based non-profit, non-governmental organization that seeks to protect and promote the respect of universal human rights of every person particularly in Sarawak. The organization consists of collective volunteer lawyers and activists who believe that equality, justice, dignity, security, rights and freedom are foundations of a democratic and just society. We aim at being the force for social, legal and political reform especially in Sarawak.
